– Magnesium Chloride (Mg) – XLS Minerals have far more magnesium than other brands. Magnesium is well known for soothing the skin and relaxing the muscles. When used in conjunction with the XLS Mineral System, magnesium chloride is converted to magnesium hydroxide via the electrolytic cell which prevents calcium from building up on the pool and its equipment. It also works to eliminate dust and dirt particles from the water, which results in sparkling clean swimming water year-round.
